Dana Salama

Dana Salama is a designer and researcher with a background in architecture. She grew up between T’karonto and Cairo. Dana was the co-founder and first chapter steward at The Architecture Lobby’s T’karonto chapter, and is a co-founder at SHEEEPschool, an experimental school for spatial practice. She is the executive director at *countermap, a non-profit arts organisation that explores relationships between heritage and power. Dana is currently pursuing her PhD in Architecture at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor as part of the Africa Alliance. She serves as a sessional lecturer and critic at The University of Toronto and OCADU.
